The visual appearance of the TSVideo player is highly customizable. You can change the player's size and hide most controls; location of controls that remain visible can be changed automatically from the control bar. You can also attribute a color or an alpha value; using both values, a different color will be assigned to player's controls.

The starting volume of the player can be determined entering a value between 0 and 100. 0 makes the player start in silent mode and 100 makes it start with maximum volume.

The video formats supported by TSVideo vary depending on the Flash Player installed on the end user's computer. The most recent Flash Player releases support a very wide spectrum of video formats, among which FLV (video format native to Flash applications; this video format is supported by all recent Flash player versions), mp4, m4a, mov, 3gp, 3g2 (video formats supported only by the most recent versions of Flash player, starting with Flash Player 9 Update 3 (9,0, 115, 0)).

TSVideo Player can load a particular video or a list of videos to play. There is a variety of valid formats that can be used to communicate to the player the list of videos to play. The accepted formats for playlists are: XSPF, AGRIYA, ATOM, RSS 2.0.

TSVideo player is capable to show subtitles associated with the video. The format of the subtitles supported by TSVideo is Timed Text (TT) XML (http: //www.w3.org/AudioVideo/TT/)

To a large extent, TSVideo player can be controlled externally, by using javascript in the web page where it is inserted.
